There’s a Koch Records press release floating around that reads more like a bio of Brooklyn poet AZ’s illustrious career than a flag for his new ‘Undeniable’ LP, due February 19. This may be because the new record, distributed by Koch and featuring Ray J, Styles P and Jay Rush, is the man born Anthony Cruz’s seventh studio LP and he’s feeling the industry out again.

In a recent online video interview AZ speaks about the digital sales revolution and how he’s somewhat unsure about what works and what doesn’t as far as maximum exposure. The insightful lyricist who graced Nas’ classic ‘Illmatic’ and has since put his life on wax for anyone who will take the time to listen raps over beats by Fame, Large Professor, Nottz, Street Radio and more.
